Individual Therapy

30-60 minute sessions, available in person, via telehealth, or a combination of both.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

A highly effective, short-term approach for trauma, anxiety, and distressing memories. ART helps reprogram how distressing images are stored in the brain, reducing or eliminating emotional and physical triggers. ART can be done as a stand-alone treatment rather than ongoing therapy sessions.

Utilizing evidence-based approaches, including the Gottman Method, to foster healthy, lasting relationships.
